Effects of Ticagrelor combined with Aspirin in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease after interventional therapy
Objective:To observe effects of Ticagrelor combined with Aspirin in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease after interventional therapy.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 90 patients who underwent interventional therapy for coronary heart disease in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Aspirin,while the observation group was treated with Ticagrelor on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The levels of cardiac function indexes[left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)],inflammatory factors[high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],and oxidative stress indexes[malondialdehyde(MDA),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),superoxide dismutase(SOD)],and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the levels of LVEDD and LVESD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the LVEF was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-α and hs-CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the level of MDA in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the levels of GSH-Px and SOD were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Ticagrelor combined with Aspirin can improve the levels of cardiac function indexes,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and improve the levels of oxidative stress indexes in the patients with coronary heart disease after interventional therapy.Moreover,it is superior to single Aspirin treatment.
