Effects of Sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate combined with Isosorbide mononitrate in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris
Objective:To observe effects of Sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate combined with Isosorbide mononitrate in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 60 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris admitted to the hospital from April 2021 to June 2023.According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Isosorbide mononitrate, while the observation group was treated with Sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate on the basis of that of the control group. The clinical efficacy, the levels of angina pectoris attack indexes(attack frequency and duration),vascular endothelial function indexes[endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO),malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)]and cardiac function indexes[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)]before and after the treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than 73.33%(22/30)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment, the frequency of angina pectoris attacks in the two groups was less than that before the treatment, and that in the observation group was less than that in the control group;the duration of angina pectoris in the two groups was shorter than that before the treatment, and that in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment, the levels of ET-1 and MDA in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the levels of NO and SOD in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment, the LVEF levels of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment, and that in the observation group was higher than the that in control group;the levels of LVEDD and LVESD in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate combined with Isosorbide mononitrate in the treatment of the patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris can improve the total effective rate of treatment and improve the levels of angina pectoris attack indexes, vascular endothelial function indexes and cardiac function indexes. Moreover,it is superior to single Isosorbide mononitrate treatment.
