Effects of Naoxintong capsules combined with Butylphthalide and Sodium chloride injection in treatment of patients with mild to moderate cerebral infarction
Objective:To observe effects of Naoxintong capsules combined with Butylphthalide and Sodium chloride injection in treatment of patients with mild to moderate cerebral infarction.Methods:The clinical data of 65 patients with mild to moderate cerebral infarction admitted to this hospital from January 2021 to November 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatment plans,they were divided into observation group(32 cases)and control group(33 cases).Both groups were treated with intravenous thrombolysis with Alteplase for injection after admission.On this basis,the control group was treated with Butylphthalide and Sodium chloride injection,while the observation group was treated with Naoxintong capsules on the basis of that of the control group.The neurological function[National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)],the cognitive function[Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)]score,the coagulation indexes[prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB)]levels before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the NIHSS score and the FIB level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the PT and APTT were higher than those of the control group,the MoCA scores were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Naoxintong capsules combined with Butylphthalide and Sodium chloride injection is effective in the treatment of the patients with mild to moderate cerebral infarction,which can improve the neurological function,the cognitive function and the coagulation function.Moreover,it is superior to single Butylphthalide and Sodium chloride injection treatment.
