Efficiency of combined detection of serum ANXA2,CK18 and let-7a levels in diagnosis of laryngeal cancer
Objective:To analyze efficiency of combined detection of serum annexin A2(ANXA2),cytokeratin 18(CK18)and let-7a levels in diagnosis of laryngeal cancer. Methods:The clinical data of 160 patients with laryngeal lesions who were treated in this hospital from October 2021 to March 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the results of pathological examination, they were divided into malignant group(n=80)and benign group(n=80).In addition, the clinical data of 80 healthy subjects in this hospital during the same period were also retrospectively analyzed and they were selected as the control group. The levels of serum ANXA2,CK18 and let-7a were compared among the three groups. The levels of serum ANXA2,CK18 and let-7a in the patients with different clinical stages and differentiation degrees of laryngeal cancer were compared. The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to analyze the efficiencies of single and combined detection of serum ANXA2,CK18 and let-7a levels in the diagnosis of laryngeal cancer. Results:The levels of serum ANXA2 and CK18 in the malignant group were higher than those in the benign group and the control group, and those in the benign group were higher than those in the control group;the serum let-7a level in the malignant group was lower than that in the benign group and the control group, and that the benign group was lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum ANXA2 and CK18 in the patients with stage Ⅲ laryngeal cancer were higher than those in the patients with stage Ⅰ and II,and those in the patients with stage Ⅱ were higher than those in the patients with stage Ⅰ;the serum let-7a level in the patients with stage III laryngeal cancer was lower than that in the patients with stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ,and that in the patients with stage Ⅱ was lower than that in the patients with stage Ⅰ;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum ANXA2 and CK18 in the patients with low differentiated laryngeal cancer were higher than those in the patients with high differentiated and moderately differentiated laryngeal cancer, and those in the patients with moderately differentiated laryngeal cancer were higher than those in the patients with well-differentiated laryngeal cancer;the level of serum let-7a in the patients with poorly differentiated laryngeal cancer was lower than that in the patients with high differentiated and moderately differentiated laryngeal cancer, and that in the patients with moderately differentiated laryngeal cancer was lower than that in the patients with high differentiated laryngeal cancer;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve of single and combined detection of serum ANXA2,CK18 and let-7a levels in the diagnosis of laryngeal cancer was 0.854,0.837,0.762 and 0.935,respectively.The efficiency of combined detection in the diagnosis of laryngeal cancer was higher than that of single detection. Conclusions:The efficiency of combined detection of serum ANXA2,CK18 and let-7a levels in the diagnosis of laryngeal cancer is higher than that of single detection of the three.
