目的:观察血清半胱氨酰白三烯(CysLTs)、嗜酸细胞趋化因子 11(CCL11)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平联合检测在毛细支气管炎患儿病情程度评估中的价值.方法:选取2021年1月至2023年1月郑州市金水区总医院收治的72例毛细支气管炎患儿(重度患儿 20 例,轻中度患儿 52 例)进行横断面研究,设为研究组;选取同期 72 名健康儿童进行横断面研究,设为对照组.比较两组及研究组不同病情程度患儿血清CysLTs、CCL11、IL-10 水平,采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清CysLTs、CCL11、IL-10 水平单项及联合检测在毛细支气管炎患儿病情程度评估中的价值.结果:研究组血清CysLTs、CCL11 水平高于对照组,IL-10 水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组重度患儿血清CysLTs、CCL11 水平高于轻中度患儿,IL-10 水平低于轻中度患儿,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);ROC曲线分析结果显示,血清CysLTs、CCL11、IL-10 水平单项及联合检测在毛细支气管炎患儿病情评估中的曲线下面积分别为 0.765、0.789、0.781、0.932,联合检测在毛细支气管炎患儿病情评估中的价值高于三者单项检测.结论:血清CysLTs、CCL11、IL-10 水平联合检测在毛细支气管炎患儿病情程度评估中的价值高于三者单项检测.
Value of combined detection of serum CysLTs,CCL11 and IL-10 levels in evaluation of severity of bronchiolitis in children
Objective:To observe value of combined detection of serum cysteinyl leukotrienes(CysLTs),CC chemokine ligand 11(CCL11)and interleukin-10(IL-10)levels in evaluation of the severity of bronchiolitis in children.Methods:From January 2021 to January 2023,admitted to Jinshui District General Hospital of Zhengzhou City 72 children with bronchiolitis(20 children with severe bronchiolitis and 52 children with mild to moderate bronchiolitis)were selected for the cross-sectional study and they were set as the study group.A total of 72 healthy children in the same period were selected for the cross-sectional study and they were set as the control group.The levels of serum CysLTs,CCL11 and IL-10 were compared between the two groups and the children with different severities in the study group.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the value of single and combined detection of serum CysLTs,CCL11 and IL-10 levels in the evaluation of the severity of bronchiolitis in the children.Results:The levels of serum CysLTs and CCL11 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the level of IL-10 was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum CysLTs and CCL11 in the severe children in the study group were higher than those in the mild to moderate children,the level of IL-10 was lower than that in the mild to moderate children,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve of single and combined detection of serum CysLTs,CCL11 and IL-10 levels in the evaluation of the children with bronchiolitis were 0.765,0.789,0.781 and 0.932,respectively.The value of combined detection in the evaluation of the severity of the children with bronchiolitis was higher than that of single detection.Conclusions:The value of combined detection of serum CysLTs,CCL11 and IL-10 levels in the evaluation of the severity of bronchiolitis in the children is higher than that of single detection of the three.
