Effects of meticulous nursing in prevention of dynamic electrocardiogram artifacts in patients with coronary heart disease
Objective:To observe the application effects of meticulous nursing in dynamic electrocardiogram with coronary heart disease patients.Methods:The clinical data of 120 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to this hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given refined nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The incidence of dynamic electrocardiogram artifacts,the service quality[service quality scale(SERVQUAL)]score,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of dynamic electrocardiogram artifacts in the observation group was 5.00%(3/60),which was lower than 16.67%(10/60)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SERVQUAL scores of tangibility,reliability,responsiveness,assurance and empathy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%(52/60),which was higher than 86.67%(58/60)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the meticulous nursing can reduce the incidence of dynamic electrocardiogram artifacts in the patients with coronary heart disease,and improve the service quality scores and the nursing satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
