Application effects of individualized nursing in patients with orthodontic treatment
Objective:To observe application effects of individualized nursing in patients with orthodontic treatment. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 98 patients with orthodontic treatment admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to March 2022.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group,49 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given the individualized nursing on the basis of that of the control group. The two groups were given the continuous nursing for 6 months. The nursing compliance, the negative emotions[Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)]scores and the psychological adaptability[psychosocial adaptation scale(SPAS)]scores before and after the nursing, and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The nursing compliance of the observation group was 93.88%(46/49),which was higher than 77.55%(38/49)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing, the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing, the scores of acceptance and positive facing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the continuous concern score was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.96%(48/49),which was higher than 83.67%(41/49)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The individualized nursing for the orthodontic patients can improve the nursing compliance and the nursing satisfaction, reduce the negative emotion scores, and improve the psychological adaptability scores. Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
