Application effects of action research nursing in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy
Objective:To observe application effects of action research nursing in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 85 patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy admitted to the hospital from February 2022 to February 2023.According to the random number table method, they were divided into study group(42 cases)and control group(43 cases). The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given the action research nursing. The postoperative first out-of-bed time, the postoperative first exhaust time, the hospitalization time, the self-care ability scale(ESCA)score, the negative emotion[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)]score, and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The postoperative first out-of-bed time, the postoperative first exhaust time and the hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At discharge, the ESCA scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group;the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing, and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than 79.07%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The action research nursing in the patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy can improve the self-care ability scores and the nursing satisfaction, shorten postoperative first out-of-bed time, the postoperative first exhaust time and the hospitalization time, and reduce the negative emotion scores. Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
