Application effects of outcome-oriented cluster nursing in patients with pancreatic cancer surgery
Objective:To observe application effects of outcome-oriented cluster nursing in patients with pancreatic cancer surgery. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 70 patients with pancreatic cancer who were admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to March 2022.According to the random number table method, they were divided into study group and control group,35 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given the outcome-oriented cluster nursing on the basis of the control group. The scores of mood state[profile of mood states-short form(POMS-SF)],pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)],quality of life[Spitzer quality of life index(SQOL)]before and after the nursing, and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:After the nursing, the scores of tension-anxiety,anger-hostility,confusion-disorder,depression-dejection and fatigue-inertia in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the vigor-vitality score was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing, the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, the SQOL score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 94.29%(33/35),which was higher than 77.14%(27/35)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The outcome-oriented cluster nursing in the patients with pancreatic cancer surgery can improve the mood state scores, reduce the pain scores, and improve the quality of life scores and the nursing satisfaction. Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
