Application effects of diversified health education in patients with uterine fibroids surgery
Objective:To observe application effect of diversified health education in patients with uterine fibroids surgery.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 96 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to this hospital from October 2020 to January 2022.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education,while the observation group was given diversified health education.The incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(DVT),the levels of hemorheology indexes(plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index),the psychological stress[Chinese version of perceived stress scale(CPSS)]score,and the self-care ability[exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)]score were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:The incidence of lower extremity DVT in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The plasma viscosity and the erythrocyte aggregation index of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the CPSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the ESCA scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing,that in the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The diversified health education in the patients with uterine fibroids surgery can reduce the incidence of lower extremity DVT,the psychological pressure scores and the hemorheology index levels,and improve the self-care ability score.Moreover,it is superior the routine health education.
