Analysis of positive rate results of hepatitis B surface antigen and nucleic acid detection in 151429 voluntary blood donors in Shangqiu area
Objective:To analyze positive rate results of hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg)and nucleic acid detection(NAT)in 151 429 voluntary blood donors in Shangqiu area. Methods:The data of 151 429 voluntary blood donors(151 429 copies)in Shangqiu area from June 2021 to May 2023 were collected. The positive rates of HBsAg and NAT were statistically analyzed. The positive rates of HBsAg and NAT in the voluntary blood donors with different characteristics were compared. The hepatitis B five test conditions in the hepatitis B virus(HBV)-DNA reactive specimens were analyzed. Results:Among the 151 429 samples,566 were HBsAg positive, accounting for 37.38/10 000,150 863 were HBsAg negative, and 74 were HBV-DNA reactive, with a detection rate of 4.91/10 000.The positive rates of HBsAg and NAT in male,non-local and first-time voluntary blood donors were higher than those in female, local and multiple voluntary blood donors;the positive rate of HBsAg and NAT in the voluntary blood donors aged 46-60 years old was higher than that in those with 26-45 years old and 18-25 years old,and that in those with 26-45 years old was higher than that in those with 18-25 years old;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the 74 cases of HBV-DNA reactive samples,28 cases(37.84%)were HBs positive,8 cases(10.81%)were all negative,10 cases(13.51%)were HBsAg positive,13 cases(17.57%)were anti-HBe anti-HBc positive and anti-HBs anti-HBe anti-HBc positive. Conclusions:The positive rate of HBsAg in the voluntary blood donors in Shangqiu area was 37.38/10 000,and 4.91/10 000 of HBsAg negative samples are still detected as NAT positive. The main population are male,26-60 years old,non-local,and first-time voluntary blood donors.
