Application effects of bionic airbag midwifery in natural childbirth of primiparas
Objective:To explore application effects of bionic airbag midwifery in natural childbirth of primiparas. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 68 primiparas admitted to the hospital from January to December 2023.According to the random number table method, they were divided into study group and control group,34 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional midwifery, while the study group was given the bionic airbag midwifery. The pain score, the labor time, the perineal laceration degree, the lateral cutting rate, and the incidence of neonatal asphyxia were compared between the two groups. Results:The pain scores of the first stage of labor, the active stage and the second stage of labor in the study group were lower than those in the control group;the time of the first stage of labor and the second stage of labor were shorter than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the third stage of labor between the two groups(P>0.05).The degree of perineal laceration and the lateral cutting rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of neonatal asphyxia in the study group was 0,which was lower than 17.65%(6/34)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Bionic airbag midwifery for natural delivery of the primiparas can reduce the pain, shorten the duration of labor, and reduce the degree of perineal laceration, the lateral cutting rate and the incidence of neonatal asphyxia. Moreover,it is superior to the conventional midwifery.
