Effects of Qishen Yiqi dropping pills combined with Nicorandil on ischemic cardiomyopathy patients with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction
Objective:To observe effects of Qishen Yiqi dropping pills combined with Nicorandil in treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy patients with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 86 cases of ischemic cardiomyopathy with HFpEF admitted to the hospital from March 2022 to March 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Nicorandil,while the study group was treated with Qishen Yiqi dropping pills on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the cardiac function indexes[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)]levels,the myocardial injury markers[creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),growth differentiation factor-15(GDF-15),cardiac troponin I(cTnI),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)]levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.35%(41/43),which was higher than 79.07%(34/43)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the LVEF levels of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group;the levels of LVESD and LVEDD in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of cTnI,CK-MB,BNP and GDF-15 in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Qishen Yiqi dropping pills combined with Nicorandil in the treatment of the ischemic cardiomyopathy patients with HFpEF can improve the total effective rate of treatment,improve the levels of cardiac function indexes,and reduce the levels of myocardial injury markers.Moreover,it is superior to single Nicorandil treatment.
