Correlations among serum hs-cTnI,CK-MB,NT-proBNP levels and myocardial ischemia and severity of patients with coronary heart disease
Objective:To analyze correlations among serum high-sensitivity troponin I(hs-cTnI),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)levels and myocardial ischemia and severity of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods:The clinical data of 136 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to this hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed and they were set as the observation group;another 136 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The levels of serum hs-cTnI,CK-MB and NT-proBNP were compared between the two groups.Gensini score was used to evaluate the degree of myocardial ischemia. The levels of serum hs-cTnI,CK-MB and NT-proBNP in the patients with coronary heart disease with different degree of coronary artery stenosis and severity of disease were compared. The correlations among the serum hs-cTnI,CK-MB,NT-proBNP levels and the degree of myocardial ischemia and the severity of the disease were analyzed. Results:The levels of serum hs-cTnI,CK-MB and NT-proBNP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of the serum hs-cTnI,CK-MB and NT-proBNP levels in patients with different degrees of coronary artery stenosis showed:the patients with mild stenosis<the patients with moderate stenosis<the patients with severe stenosis, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of the serum hs-cTnI,CK-MB and NT-proBNP levels in the patients with coronary heart disease with different New York Heart Association(NYHA)cardiac function grades showed:grade Ⅰ<grade Ⅱ<grade Ⅲ<grade Ⅳ,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum hs-cTnI,CK-MB and NT-proBNP levels were positively correlated with the degree of myocardial ischemia and the severity of the disease in the patients with coronary heart disease(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions:The levels of serum hs-cTnI,CK-MB and NT-proBNP are positively correlated with the degree of myocardial ischemia and the severity of coronary heart disease in the patients with coronary heart disease.
