摘要

目的:观察标准化病人(SP)联合以问题为中心的教学模式(PBL)在儿科实习护生中的应用效果.方法:选取2020年7月至2021年5月该院43名儿科实习护生为对照组,选取2021年7月至2022年5月该院43名儿科实习护生为研究组.对照组采用传统教学模式,研究组采用SP联合PBL,两组均教学3个月.比较两组出科考核成绩,教学前后心理状态[症状自评量表(SCL-90)]评分、核心胜任力[注册护士核心能力测评量表(CIRN)]评分,以及带教满意度.结果:研究组护理技能操作、基础理论知识、场景模拟考核评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学后,研究组人际关系敏感、躯体化、偏执、焦虑、抑郁等SCL-90 各维度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学后,研究组评判性思维和科研、领导力、人际关系能力、专业发展能力、临床护理能力等CIRN各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组带教满意度为 100.00%(43/43),高于对照组的 86.05%(37/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:SP联合PBL应用于儿科实习护生可提高出科考核成绩、核心胜任力评分和带教满意度,降低心理状态评分,效果优于传统教学模式.

Abstract

Objective:To observe application effects of standardized patients(SP)combined with problem-based learning(PBL)in pediatric practice nursing students.Methods:A total of 43 pediatric practice nursing students in this hospital from July 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the control group,and 43 pediatric practice nursing students from July 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study group.The control group was given traditional teaching mode,while the study group was given SP combined with PBL.Both groups were taught for 3 months.The examination results,the psychological status[symptom checklist-90(SCL-90)]score,the core competence[competency inventory for registered nurse(CIRN)]scores before and after the teaching,and the teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of nursing skill operation,basic theoretical knowledge and scene simulation assessment in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the teaching,the scores of SCL-90 dimensions such as interpersonal sensitivity,somatization,paranoia,anxiety and depression in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the teaching,the scores of CIRN dimensions such as critical thinking and scientific research,leadership,interpersonal relationship ability,professional development ability and clinical nursing ability in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the teaching satisfaction of the study group was 100.00%(43/43),which was higher than 86.05%(37/43)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:SP combined with PBL for the pediatric practice nursing students can improve the examination results,the core competency scores and the teaching satisfaction,and reduce the psychological state scores.Moreover,it is superior to the traditional teaching mode.
