Application effects of family participatory nursing in patients with liver cancer undergoing transcatheter arterial chemoembolization
Objective:To observe application effects of family participatory nursing in patients with liver cancer undergoing transcatheter arterial chemoembolization. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 72 patients with liver cancer who underwent transcatheter arterial chemoembolization in this hospital from March 2021 to March 2022.According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group,36 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given the family participatory nursing on the basis of that of the control group. The levels of nutrition indexes(transferrin, albumin)and T cell subsets(CD4+,CD4+/CD8+),the Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)score,the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score, and the incidence of gastrointestinal discomfort symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results:After the nursing, the levels of nutrition indexes such as transferrin and albumin, the levels of T cell subsets such as CD4+and CD4+/CD8+;the CD-RISC scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing, and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of gastrointestinal discomfort in the observation group was 2.78%,which was significantly lower than 22.22%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing, the family participatory nursing can improve the nutrition index levels, the T cell subgroup index levels and the CD-RISC scores of the patients with liver cancer treated by transcatheter arterial chemoembolization, and reduce the HAMD scores and the incidence of gastrointestinal discomfort. Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
