Effects of Silibinin capsules combined with Diammonium glycyrrhizinate in treatment of patients with viral hepatitis
Objective:To observe effects of Silibinin capsules combined with Diammonium glycyrrhizinate in treatment of patients with viral hepatitis.Methods:The clinical data of 114 patients with viral hepatitis admitted to this hospital from May 2020 to November 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,57 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Diammonium glycyrrhizinate,while the observation group was treated with Silibinin capsules on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the liver function indexes[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total bilirubin(TBIL)]levels,the oxidative stress indexes[malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)]levels,the immune factors[interleukin-4(IL-4),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)]levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.23%(52/57),which was higher than 77.19%(44/57)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of ALT,AST and TBIL in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SOD levels of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the MDA levels of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-4 in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;the levels of IFN-γ in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Silibinin capsules combined with Diammonium glycyrrhizinate in the treatment of the patients with viral hepatitis can improve the total effective rate of treatment,improve the levels of oxidative stress indexes and immune factors,and reduce the levels of liver function indexes.Moreover,it is superior to single Diammonium glycyrrhizinate treatment.
