Application effects of multi-dimensional collaborative nursing in elderly patients with coronary heart disease
Objective:To observe application effects of multi-dimensional collaborative nursing in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 86 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to June 2022.According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group,43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given the multi-dimensional collaborative nursing. The 6-minute walking distance(6MWD),the health survey summary(SF-36)score,and the incidence of adverse cardiac events were compared between the two groups. Results:After the nursing, the 6MWD of the two groups was longer than that before the nursing, that of the observation group was longer than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing, the scores of each dimension of SF-36 in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse cardiac events in the observation group was 4.65%,which was significantly lower than 20.93%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The multi-dimensional collaborative nursing for the elderly patients with coronary heart disease can increase their 6MWD,improve their SF-36 scores, and reduce the incidence of adverse cardiac events. Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
