Application effects of flat responsibility system nursing in patients after laparoscopic surgery
Objective:To observe application effects of flat responsibility system nursing in patients after laparoscopic surgery. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 80 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in this hospital from October 2020 to October 2021.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given the flat responsibility system nursing on the basis of that of the control group. The rehabilitation time, the nursing quality score, the incidence of complications, and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The first exhaust time, the first out-of-bed time and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality scores of basic nursing, diet guidance, drug use, complication prevention and examination operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%(2/40),which was lower than 35.00%(14/40)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than 65.00%(26/40)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing, the flat responsibility system nursing can improve the nursing quality scores and the nursing satisfaction of the patients after laparoscopic surgery, shorten the recovery time and reduce the incidence of complications. Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
