Application effects of humanistic nursing in cesarean section parturients
Objective:To observe application effects of humanistic nursing in cesarean section parturients. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 106 parturients with cesarean section admitted to the hospital from December 2020 to November 2021.According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group,53 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given humanistic nursing on the basis of that of the control group. The postoperative first exhaust time, the postoperative first out-of-bed time, the hospitalization time, the negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)]score, the pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score, and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The postoperative first exhaust time, the postoperative first out-of-bed time and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At discharge, the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing, those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 1st and 3rd day after the surgery, the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.34%,which was significantly higher than 81.13%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing, the humanistic nursing can improve the nursing satisfaction of the cesarean section parturients, shorten the postoperative first exhaust time, the postoperative first out-of-bed time, the hospitalization time, and reduce the negative emotion and pain scores. Moreover,it is superior to routine nursing.
