Application effects of joint participatory neonatal nursing in primiparas
Objective:To observe application effects of joint participatory neonatal nursing in primiparas. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 68 primiparas who gave birth in the hospital from June 2021 to September 2022.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group,34 cases in each group. After delivery, the control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given the joint participatory neonatal nursing on the basis of that of the control group. The role adaptation[maternal role adaptation survey questionnaire(MRAQ)]and the negative emotions[Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)]scores, the neonatal nursing skills scores, and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing. Results:After the nursing, the MRAQ scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of daily feeding, health protection, bathing skills, umbilical care, diaper replacement and other nursing skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%(34/34),which was higher than 82.35%(28/34)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The joint participatory neonatal nursing in the primiparas can improve their role adaption, neonatal nursing skills and nursing satisfaction. Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
