摘要
目的:分析系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者生命质量的影响因素.方法:选取 2021 年 5 月至 2023 年 5 月该院收治的 126 例SLE患者进行横断面研究,统计患者生命质量调查简表(SF-36)评分,比较不同一般资料SLE患者SF-36 总分,采用多重线性回归分析SLE患者SF-36总分的影响因素.结果:126例SLE患者SF-36总分为(61.48±10.56)分;不同教育程度、家庭人均月收入、SLE疾病活动度、焦虑、抑郁、疼痛情况的SLE患者SF-36 总分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);多重线性回归分析结果显示,教育程度、家庭人均月收入、SLE疾病活动度、焦虑情况、抑郁情况、疼痛情况均为SLE患者SF-36 总分的影响因素(P<0.05).结论:教育程度、家庭人均月收入、SLE疾病活动度、焦虑情况、抑郁情况、疼痛情况均为SLE患者SF-36 总分的影响因素.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze influencing factors of quality of life in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted on 126 SLE patients admitted to the hospital from May 2021 to May 2023.The quality of life survey-short form(SF-36)scores of these patients were statistically analyzed.The general data and the SF-36 scores of the SLE patients were compared.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of SF-36 total score in the SLE patients.Results:The total score of SF-36 in the 126 SLE patients was(61.48±10.56)points.There were statistically significant differences in the total scores of SF-36 among the SLE patients with different education levels,family per capita monthly income,SLE disease activity,anxiety,depression and pain(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level,family monthly income per capita,SLE disease activity,anxiety,depression and pain were all influencing factors of SF-36 total score in the SLE patients(P<0.05).Conclusions:Education level,family per capita monthly income,SLE disease activity,anxiety,depression and pain are the influencing factors of SF-36 total score in the SLE patients.
