Effects of Nicardipine combined with Phentolamine mesylate in treatment of patients with gestational hypertension
Objective:To observe effects of Nicardipine combined with Phentolamine mesylate in treatment of patients with gestational hypertension. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 92 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to this hospital from February 2021 to February 2023.According to the random number table method, they were divided into study group and control group,46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Phentolamine mesylate, while the study group was treated with Nicardipine on the basis of that of the control group. The clinical efficacy, the levels of blood pressure(systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure)levels, the coagulation function indexes[prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen(FIB)],and the vascular endothelial function indexes[nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1)],and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 91.30%(42/46),which was higher than 71.74%(33/46)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment, the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment, those in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The PT of the two groups was longer than that before the treatment, and that in the study group was longer than that in the control group;the FIB levels of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment, and that in the study group was lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of NO in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment, and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group;the levels of ET-1 in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment, and that in the study group was lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Nicardipine combined with Phentolamine mesylate in the treatment of the patients with gestational hypertension can improve the total effective rate of treatment, improve the levels of coagulation function indexes and vascular endothelial function indexes, and reduce the levels of blood pressure indexes. Moreover,it is superior to single Phentolamine mesylate treatment.
