Effects of Danqi soft capsules combined with Trimetazidine in treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris
Objective:To observe effects of Danqi soft capsules combined with Trimetazidine in treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:The clinical data of 55 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to the department of cardiology of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine from January 2021 to November 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(32 cases)and observation group(33 cases).The control group was treated with Trimetazidine,while the observation group was treated with Danqi soft capsules on the basis of that of the control group.The treatment effects,the angina pectoris attack before and after the treatment[pain numeric rating scale(NRS)score,attack frequency,duration],the myocardial enzyme spectrum index[lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)]levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,the NRS score of angina pectoris in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the number of episodes was less than that in the control group,the duration was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of LDH and CK-MB in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Danqi soft capsules combined with Trimetazidine in the treatment of the patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris can improve the attack of angina pectoris and reduce the levels of myocardial enzymes.Moreover,it is superior to single Trimetazidine treatment.
