摘要
目的:观察急性疼痛管理(NBASS-APS)模式护理在麻醉恢复室老年患者中的应用效果.方法:选取2022年5月至2023年5 月该院收治的 150 例麻醉恢复室老年患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组各 75 例.对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用NBASS-APS模式护理.比较两组疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分、舒适度[Kolcaba的舒适状况量表(GCQ)]评分和麻醉不良反应发生率.结果:入室后 30 min,两组VAS评分均低于入室后 5 min,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出室前 3 min,两组生理、心理、精神、社会文化和环境等GCQ评分均高于入室后 5 min,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组麻醉不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:NBASS-APS模式护理应用于麻醉恢复室老年患者可提高舒适度评分,降低疼痛程度评分和麻醉不良反应发生率,其效果优于常规护理.
Abstract
Objective:To observe application effects of acute pain management(NBASS-APS)model nursing in elderly patients in anesthesia recovery room.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 150 elderly patients in the anesthesia recovery room admitted to the hospital from May 2022 to May 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the study group was treated with NBASS-APS model nursing.The pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)]score,the comfort degree[Kolcaba comfort questionnaire(GCQ)]score,and the incidence of adverse reactions of anesthesia were compared between the two groups.Results:30 min after entering the room,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those at 5 min after entering the room,that in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3 min before leaving the room,the GCQ scores of physiology,psychology,spirit,social culture and environment in the two groups were higher than those 5 min after entering the room,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of anesthesia adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The NBASS-APS model nursing in the elderly patients in anesthesia recovery room can improve the comfort scores and reduce the pain scores and the incidence of adverse reactions of anesthesia.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
