Application effects of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing in patients with lower limb fractures
Objective:To observe application effects of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing in patients with lower limb fractures. Methods:The clinical data of 124 patients with lower limb fractures admitted to this hospital from April 2021 to November 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing schemes, they were divided into study group and control group,62 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given the multidisciplinary collaborative nursing on the basis of that of the control group. The pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)]score, the negative emotion[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)]scores, and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing. Results:After 1 and 7 days of nursing, the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing, those in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing, the scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing, those in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Furter,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.16%(59/62),which was higher than 82.26%(51/62)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing, the multidisciplinary collaborative nursing can improve the nursing satisfaction of the patients with lower limb fractures, and reduce the degree of pain and the negative emotion scores. Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
