Application effects of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing in patients with acute cholecystitis after laparoscopic cholecystectomy
Objective:To observe application effects of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing in patients with acute cholecystitis after laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 90 patients after cholecystitis LC who were admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to December 2021.According to the random number table method, they were divided into study group(n=45)and control group(n=45).The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given the multidisciplinary collaborative nursing. The first anal exhaust time, the postoperative bowel sound recovery time, the hospitalization time, the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score, the self-care ability scale(ESCA)score and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The first anal exhaust time, the postoperative bowel sound recovery time and the hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At discharge, the SAS scores of the two groups were lower than those on the first day after the surgery, and that in the study group was lower than that in the control group;the ESCA scores of the two groups were higher than those on the first day after the surgery, and those in the study group was higher than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the hospitalization, the incidence of complications in the study group was 2.22%,which was significantly lower than 17.78%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The multidisciplinary collaborative nursing in the cholecystitis patients after LC can improve the ESCA scores, shorten the first anal exhaust time, the postoperative bowel sound recovery time and the hospitalization time, and reduce the SAS scores and the incidence of complications. Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
