Application effects of risk assessment classification nursing in postoperative patients with ovarian cancer
Objective:To observe application effects of risk assessment classification nursing in postoperative patients with ovarian cancer. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 106 patients with ovarian cancer who were admitted to the hospital from June 2020 to June 2022.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group,53 cases in each group. The control group was given routine postoperative nursing, while the observation group was given the risk assessment classification nursing on the basis of that of the control group. Both groups were treated for 1 month. The incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity(DVT),the Caprini score scale score, the quality of life[functional assessment of cancer therapy-general(FACT-G)]score,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing. Results:The incidence of DVT in the observation group was 1.89%(1/53),which was lower than 15.09%(8/53)in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing, the Caprini score scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing, the scores of FACT-G dimensions such as physiological status, emotional status, functional status and social/family status in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.34%(50/53),which was higher than 77.36%(41/53)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The risk assessment classification nursing in the postoperative patients with ovarian cancer can reduce the incidence of DVT and the Caprini scores, and improve the quality of life scores and the nursing satisfaction. Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
