多元化健康教育在子宫肌瘤围术期患者中的应用效果

目的:观察多元化健康教育在子宫肌瘤围术期患者中的应用效果.方法:回顾性分析 2018 年 5 月至 2022 年 3 月该院收治的 60 例子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料,根据护理方案不同将其分为对照组与研究组各 30 例.对照组采用常规健康教育,研究组在对照组基础上采用多元化健康教育,比较两组护理前后负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、自我效能感[一般自我效能感量表(GSES)]、疾病知识掌握程度评分和术后康复指标水平.结果:护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组GSES评分均高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组疾病知识掌握程度评分均高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组首次进食时间、肛门首次排气时间、首次排便时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在常规健康教育基础上采用多元化健康教育可提高子宫肌瘤围术期患者自我效能感和疾病知识掌握度评分,降低负性情绪评分和术后康复指标水平,其效果优于单纯常规健康教育.
Application effects of diversified health education in perioperative patients with uterine fibroids
Objective:To observe application effects of diversified health education in perioperative patients with uterine fibroids.Methods:The clinical data of 60 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to the hospital from May 2018 to March 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing schemes,they were divided into control group and study group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education,while the study group was given the diversified health education on the basis of that of the control group.The scores of negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],self-efficacy[general self-efficacy scale(GSES)]and the disease knowledge mastery before and after the nursing,and the postoperative rehabilitation index levels were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The GSES scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing,that in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of disease knowledge mastery in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing,those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the first feeding time,the first anal exhaust time,the first defecation time and the hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine health education,the diversified health education can improve the self-efficacy scores and the disease knowledge mastery scores of the patients with uterine fibroids during perioperative period,and reduce the negative emotion scores and the postoperative rehabilitation index levels.Moreover,it is superior to single routine health education.
