摘要
脓毒症是一种严重的全身炎症反应,常导致急性肾损伤和多器官功能不全,严重威胁患者的生命安全.连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)是一种血液净化技术,可改善机体内环境,提高患者存活率.本文就脓毒症的发病机制、CRRT治疗及相关研究进展进行综述.
Abstract
Sepsis is a serious systemic inflammatory response,often leading to acute kidney injury and multiple organ dysfunction,which seriously threatens the life safety of the patients.Continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)is a blood purification technology that can improve the internal environment of the body and improve the survival rate of patients.This article reviewed the pathogenesis of sepsis,CRRT treatment and related research progress.
