Value of combined detection of serum Myo,cTnI,NT-proBNP and myocardial enzymes in diagnosis of myocardial infarction
Objective:To observe value of combined detection of serum myoglobin(Myo),cardiac troponin I(cTnI),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),myocardial zymogram[creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK)]levels in diagnosis of myocardial infarction. Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted on 78 patients with myocardial infarction admitted to Zhengzhou Huiji District People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023,and they were set as the observation group.A cross-sectional study was conducted on 78 patients with coronary heart disease and non-myocardial infarction admitted to the hospital during the same period, and they were set as the control group. The levels of serum Myo,cTnI,NT-proBNP,CK-MB,LDH and CK were compared between the two groups.ROC curve was used to analyze the values of single and combined detection of serum Myo,cTnI,NT-proBNP,CK-MB,LDH and CK levels in the diagnosis of myocardial infarction. Results:The levels of serum Myo,cTnI,NT-proBNP,CK-MB,LDH and CK in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the areas under the curve(AUC)of single and combined detection of serum Myo,cTnI,NT-proBNP,CK-MB,LDH and CK levels in the diagnosis of myocardial infarction were 0.700,0.750,0.780,0.846,0.600,0.869 and 0.923,separately,which had certain diagnostic value. The diagnostic value of combined detection was higher than that of single detection. Conclusions:The value of combined detection of serum Myo,cTnI,NT-proBNP,CK-MB,LDH and CK levels in the diagnosis of myocardial infarction is higher than that of single detection.
