Comparison of application effects of Alfentanil hydrochloride and Sufentanil citrate in total intravenous anesthesia induction in laparoscopic appendectomy in children
Objective:To compare application effects of Alfentanil hydrochloride and Sufentanil citrate in total intravenous anesthesia induction in laparoscopic appendectomy in children. Methods:The clinical data of 86 children undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy under general anesthesia in this hospital from March 2020 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different anesthesia induction schemes, they were divided into observation group and control group,43 cases in each group. The control group was given Sufentanil citrate injection,Propofol and Cisatracurium besylate for injection for anesthesia induction, while the observation group was given Alfentanil hydrochloride injection,Propofol and Cisatracurium besylate for injection for anesthesia induction. The levels of anesthesia recovery indexes(spontaneous breathing recovery time, eye opening time, extubation time, anesthesia recovery room stay time)levels, the hemodynamic index levels at different times, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The spontaneous breathing recovery time, the eye opening time and the extubation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Immediately after anesthesia induction, the levels of hemodynamic indexes such as heart rate and mean arterial pressure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;at the time of laryngeal mask placement and tracheal extubation, the levels of hemodynamic indexes such as heart rate and mean arterial pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there were no significant differences in the anesthesia recovery room stay time and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Alfentanil hydrochloride in total intravenous anesthesia induction in laparoscopic appendectomy in the children can shorten the spontaneous breathing recovery time, the eye opening time, the extubation time, and improve the levels of hemodynamic indexes. Moreover,it is superior to Sufentanil citrate.
