Application effects of linked health education in postoperative patients with myocardial infarction
Objective:To observe application effects of linked health education in postoperative patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 94 patients with AMI admitted to the hospital from June 2020 to January 2023.According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group,47 cases in each group. The control group was given routine health education, while the observation group was given the linked health education. The scores of self-efficacy[general self-efficacy scale(GSES)],fear of recurrence[fear of progression questionnaire-short form(FoP-Q-SF)],self-management behavior[coronary artery disease self-management scale(CSMS)]and quality of life[Nottingham health profile(NHP)]were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results:After the nursing, the GSES scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The FoP-Q-SF scores of physical health, social family and other items in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing, those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The CSMS scores of SM,FAM,DLM,BHW,ECM,DKM and TCM in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the NHP scores of physical function, sleep, social life, emotional response and vitality in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The linked health education in the patients with AMI can improve the self-efficacy scores, the self-management behavior scores and the quality of life scores, and reduce the fear of recurrence scores. Moreover,it is superior to routine health education.
