摘要
中医学将慢性骨髓炎归属于"附骨疽"范畴.本文就慢性骨髓炎的病因病机、分型分期以及近年来用于治疗慢性骨髓炎的中药汤剂内服方(仙方活命饮、五味消毒饮、清髓消炎汤、清热解毒汤、自拟消疽汤、扶正消骨疽方、益气消疽方、内补黄芪汤、四君子汤、阳和汤、骨髓炎汤、骨伤复原汤、壮骨活血补阳汤、骨炎方、连银汤)和外用方(六神祛腐汤、骨髓炎外洗Ⅱ号方、牡丹叶方)综述如下.
Abstract
In traditional Chinese medicine,chronic osteomyelitis belongs to the category of"suppurative osteomyelitis".This paper reviewed the etiology,the pathogenesis,the classification and the staging of chronic osteomyelitis,as well as the application and prospect of traditional Chinese medicine decoctions(Xianfang Huoming decoction,Wuwei Xiaodu decoction,Qingsui Xiaoyan decoction,Qingre Jiedu decoction,self-made Xiaoju decoction,Fuzheng Xiaoguju decoction,Yiqi Xiaoju decoction,Neibu Huangqi decoction,Sijunzi decoction,Yanghe decoction,Osteomyelitis decoction,Gushang Fuyuan decoction,Zhuanggu Huoxue Buyang decoction,Guyan decoction,Lianyin decoction)and external prescriptions(Liushen Qufu Decoction,osteomyelitis external washing Ⅱ Prescription,Peony leaf prescription)for the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis in recent years.
