Effects of Ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with Alteplase intravenous thrombolysis in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction
Objective:To observe effects of Ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with Alteplase intravenous thrombolysis in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 98 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to this hospital from January to December 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Alteplase intravenous thrombolysis,while the observation group was treated with Ligustrazine hydrochloride injection on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the levels of cerebral hemodynamic indexes,serum nerve factors[neuron-specific enolase(NSE),myelin basic protein(MBP),glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP),nerve growth factor(NGF)]and serum vascular endothelial function indexes[thromboxane B2(TXB2),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1),nitric oxide(NO)],and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.96%,which was significantly higher than 83.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of cerebral hemodynamic indexes such as mean blood flow velocities of anterior cerebral artery,middle cerebral artery,and posterior cerebral artery and the serum NGF,VEGF and NO levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of serum NSE,MBP,GFAP,TXB2 and sICAM-1 were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with Alteplase intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of the patients with acute cerebral infarction can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the levels of cerebral hemodynamic indexes,and improve the levels of serum nerve factors and vascular endothelial function indexes.Moreover,it is superior to simple Alteplase intravenous thrombolysis.
