Effects of Danshen injection combined with Somatostatin in treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis
Objective:To observe effects of Danshen injection combined with Somatostatin in treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to this hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Somatostatin for injection, while the observation group was treated with Danshen injection on the basis of that of the control group. The clinical efficacy, the symptom recovery, the disease-related indicators[human macrophage chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),C-reactive protein(CRP),blood amylase]levels before and after the treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The abdominal pain relief time, the blood amylase recovery time, the hospitalization time and the gastrointestinal decompression time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment, the levels of MCP-1,blood amylase and CRP in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment, those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Danshen injection combined with Somatostatin in the treatment of the patients with acute pancreatitis can improve the total effective rate of treatment, shorten the symptom recovery time, and reduce the levels of disease-related indicators. Moreover,it is superior to simple Somatostatin treatment.
