基于LERANS模式的健康教育在卒中恢复期患者中的应用效果

目的:观察基于LERANS模式的健康教育在卒中恢复期患者中的应用效果.方法:选取 2021 年 1 月至 2022 年 3 月该院收治的 78 例卒中恢复期患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分对照组和观察组各 39 例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于LERANS模式的健康教育.比较两组护理前后知信行、自我效能[脑卒中康复自我效能量表(SSEQ)]、生命质量[卒中专用生命质量量表(SS-QOL)]评分,以及护理满意度.结果:护理后,观察组知识、信念、行为等知信行评分和SSEQ、SS-QOL评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为 100.00%(39/39),高于对照组的 84.62%(33/39),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:基于LERANS模式的健康教育应用于卒中恢复期患者可提高知信行、自我效能、生命质量评分和护理满意度,效果优于常规护理.
Application effects of health education based on LERANS model in patients with stroke in recovery period
Objective:To observe application effects of health education based on LERANS model in patients with stroke in recovery period.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 78 patients with stroke in recovery period who were admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to March 2022.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given the health education based on the LERANS model on the basis of that of the control group.The scores of knowledge-attitude/belief-practice,self-efficacy[stroke rehabilitation self-efficacy questionnaire(SSEQ)]and quality of life[stroke specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)]before and after the nursing,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the scores of knowledge-attitude/belief-practice,SSEQ and SS-QOL in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%(39/39),which was higher than 84.62%(33/39)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of health education based on the LERANS model in the patients with stroke in the recovery period can improve the knowledge-attitude/belief-practice,self-efficacy,quality of life scores and the nursing satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
