Application effects of Lieberman rehabilitation nursing in patients with schizophrenia
Objective:To observe application effects of Lieberman rehabilitation nursing in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 94 patients with schizophrenia admitted to the hospital from May 2022 to March 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation nursing,while the study group was treated with Lieberman rehabilitation nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The scores of mental health[symptom checklist(SCL-90),nurses'observation scale for inpatient evaluation(NOSIE)],insight[insight and treatment attitudes questionnaires(ITAQ)]and social function[social disability screening scale(SDSS)]before and after the nursing,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the SCL-90 scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,and that in the study group was lower than that in the control group;the NOSIE scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing,and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 and 3 months of nursing,the ITAQ scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing,and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group;the SDSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,and that in the study group was lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 91.49%,which was higher than 72.34%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine rehabilitation nursing,the Lieberman rehabilitation nursing can reduce the SCL-90 and SDSS scores of the schizophrenic patients and improve the NOSIE scores,ITAQ scores and the nursing satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to simple routine rehabilitation nursing.
