Application effects of parental participatory nursing in children with vaccination
Objective:To observe application effects of parental participatory nursing in children with vaccination. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 300 children who were vaccinated in Zhengzhou second people's hospital from June 2020 to June 2022.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group,150 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received the parental participatory nursing on the basis of that of the control group. The scores of parental awareness of vaccine-related knowledge, the vaccination compliance rate, the incidence of adverse reactions within 24 hours after vaccination, and the parental satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:After the nursing, the scores of parental vaccination purpose, vaccination contraindications, vaccination precautions, vaccination adverse events and other vaccine-related knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The vaccination compliance rate of the observation group was 97.33%(146/150),which was higher than 90.00%(135/150)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%(5/150),which was lower than 10.67%(16/150)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the parental satisfaction rate in the observation group was 96.67%(145/150),which was higher than 89.33%(134/150)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing, the parental participatory nursing can improve the scores of vaccine-related knowledge, the vaccination compliance rate and the parental satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. Moreover,it is superior to simple routine nursing.
