新型可视可塑型电子喉镜在气管插管中的应用效果

目的:观察新型可视可塑型电子喉镜在气管插管中的应用效果.方法:回顾性分析 2021 年 1 月至 2023 年 1 月于该院行气管插管的 70 例患者的临床资料,根据不同喉镜将其分为对照组和观察组各 35 例.对照组采用普通喉镜气管插管,观察组采用新型可视可塑性电子喉镜气管插管.比较两组气道插管情况(一次插管成功率、声门暴露时间、插管时间),不同时间[麻醉后 2 min(T0)、插管即刻(T1)、插管后 5 min(T2)]、血流动力学指标[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、平均动脉压(MAP)、心率]水平,以及并发症发生率.结果:观察组一次插管成功率高于对照组,声门暴露时间和插管时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);T1~T2 时,观察组SBP、DBP、MAP、心率水平与T0 时比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);T1~T2 时,对照组SBP、DBP、MAP、心率水平均高于T0 时,但观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为 2.86%(1/35),低于对照组的 22.86%(8/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:新型可视可塑性电子喉镜应用于气管插管患者可提高一次插管成功率,缩短声门暴露时间和插管时间,稳定血流动力学指标水平,以及降低并发症发生率,效果优于普通喉镜气管插管.
Application effects of new video plastic laryngoscope in tracheal intubation
Objective:To observe application effects of new video plastic laryngoscope in tracheal intubation.Methods:The clinical data of 70 patients who underwent tracheal intubation in this hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different laryngoscopes,they were divided into control group and observation group,35 cases in each group.The control group was intubated with routine laryngoscope,while the observation group was intubated with the new video plastic laryngoscope.The airway intubation(success rate of one-time intubation,laryngeal exposure time,intubation time),the hemodynamic indexes[systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate]levels at different time[2 min after anesthesia(T0),immediately after intubation(T1),5 min after intubation(T2)],and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The success rate of one-time intubation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the laryngeal exposure time and intubation time were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the SBP,DBP,MAP,and heart rate levels in the observation group between T1-T2 and T0(P>0.05).The levels of SBP,DBP,MAP and heart rate in the control group at T1-T2 were higher than those at T0,but those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.86%(1/35),which was lower than 22.86%(8/35)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The new video plastic laryngoscope in the patients with tracheal intubation can improve the success rate of one-time intubation,shorten the laryngeal exposure time and the intubation time,stabilize the levels of hemodynamic indexes,and reduce the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is superior to routine laryngoscope tracheal intubation.
