Application effects of Esketamine combined with Sufentanil analgesia in patients after cesarean section
Objective:To observe application effects of Esketamine combined with Sufentanil analgesia in patients after cesarean section. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 94 patients with cesarean section admitted to the hospital from March 2022 to July 2023.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group,47 cases in each group. After the surgery, the control group was given Sufentanil patient-controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA),while the observation group was combined with Esketamine hydrochloride injection PCIA on the basis of that of the control group. The postoperative pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)]score, the number of analgesic pump pressing times 24 and 48 h after the surgery, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:At 12,24 and 48 h after the surgery, the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of analgesic pump pressing times in the observation group was less than that in the control group at 24 and 48 h after the surgery, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Esketamine combined with Sufentanil analgesia in the patients after cesarean section can reduce the pain scores and the number of analgesic pump pressing times. Moreover,it is superior to simple Sufentanil analgesia.
