Application effects of Tiaoshen Tongluo needling combined with limbs linkage rehabilitation training in patients with hemiplegia after stroke
Objective:To observe application effects of Tiaoshen Tongluo needling combined with limbs linkage rehabilitation training in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 100 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to this hospital from July 2022 to July 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with limbs linkage rehabilitation training,while the study group was treated with Tiaoshen Tongluo needling on the basis of that of the control group.The TCM syndrome scores,the cerebrovascular microcirculation[basilar artery(BA),vertebral artery(VA),internal carotid artery(ICA)blood flow velocity],and the affected side muscle synergistic contraction rate(biceps brachii,triceps brachii,biceps femoris,quadriceps femoris)were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes such as hemiplegia,skewed mouth and tongue,dysphasia/logagnosia,and hemiamyosthenia in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the blood flow velocities of BA,VA and ICA in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the synergistic contraction rates of biceps brachii,triceps brachii,biceps femoris and quadriceps femoris in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Tiaoshen Tongluo needling combined with limbs linkage rehabilitation training can improve the cerebrovascular microcirculation,reduce the TCM syndrome scores and the ipsilateral muscle synergistic contraction rate in the patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Moreover,it is superior to simple limbs linkage rehabilitation training.
