Application effects of Jiejing Jiupian needling combined with hemiplegic comprehensive limb training in patients with hemiplegia after stroke
Objective:To observe application effects of Jiejing Jiupian needling combined with hemiplegia comprehensive limb training in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:The clinical data of 70 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to this hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment plans,they were divided into control group and observation group,35 cases in each group.The control group was given hemiplegic comprehensive limb training,while the observation group was treated with Jiejing Jiupian needling on the basis of that of the control group.The muscle tension[modified Ashworth scale(MAS)],the neurological deficit[National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)],the balance function[Berg balance scale(BBS)],the walking function[functional gait assessment(FGA)],the daily living ability[Barthel index(BI)]score,and the cerebral hemodynamic indexes[arterial systolic peak velocity(Vs),mean velocity(Vm),peak velocity symmetry difference(DVp),mean velocity symmetry difference(DVm)]levels were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the MAS and NIHSS scores of the upper and lower limbs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of BBS,FGA and BI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the treatment,the Vs and Vm of the middle cerebral artery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the DVp and DVm were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Jiejing Jiupian needling combined with hemiplegic comprehensive limb training in the patients with hemiplegia after stroke can improve the BBS,FGA and BI scores,improve the levels of cerebral hemodynamic indexes,and reduce the MAS and NIHSS scores.Moreover,it is superior to simple hemiplegic comprehensive limb training.
