Effects of Qiju Dihuang decoction combined with Levamlodipine besylate in treatment of hypertension patients of liver and kidney yin deficiency type
Objective:To observe effects of Qiju Dihuang decoction combined with Levamlodipine besylate in treatment of hypertension patients of liver and kidney yin deficiency type.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 60 patients with hypertension of liver and kidney yin deficiency type admitted to this hospital from April 2021 to April 2023.They were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Levamlodipine besylate tablets orally,while the study group was treated with Qiju Dihuang decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the levels of blood pressure and heart rate,the TCM syndrome score,the vascular endothelial function index[endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO)]levels before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than 73.33%(22/30)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate and the TCM syndrome scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the level of ET-1 in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the level of NO was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Qiju Dihuang decoction combined with Levamlodipine besylate is effective in the treatment of the hypertension patients of liver and kidney yin deficiency,which can reduce the levels of blood pressure and heart rate and the TCM syndrome scores,and protect the vascular endothelial function.Moreover,it is superior to simple Levamlodipine besylate treatment.
