Application effects of proactive risk prevention nursing in patients with primary liver cancer undergoing chemotherapy
Objective:To observe application effects of proactive risk prevention nursing in patients with primary liver cancer undergoing chemotherapy. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 96 patients with primary liver cancer admitted to this hospital from January 2020 to February 2022.According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group,48 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given the proactive risk prevention nursing on the basis of that of the control group. The incidence of risk events during hospitalization, the quality of life[European organization for research and treatment of cancer quality of life questionnaire(EORTC QLQ-C30)]score before and after nursing, and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The incidence of risk events in the observation group was 8.33%(4/48),which was lower than 25.00%(12/48)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing, the EORTC QLQ-C30 scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.75%(45/48),which was higher than 77.08%(37/48)of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing, the proactive risk prevention nursing can improve the quality of life and the nursing satisfaction of the patients with primary liver cancer undergoing chemotherapy, and reduce the incidence of risk events. Moreover,it is superior to simple routine nursing.
