Application effects of hierarchical responsibility system management in children with bronchopneumonia
Objective:To observe application effects of hierarchical responsibility system management in children with bronchopneumonia. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 82 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to March 2022.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group,41 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given the hierarchical responsibility system nursing on the basis of the control group. The nursing quality score, the parental satisfaction, and the incidence of nursing adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of specialist nursing, the nursing records, the ward environment, the basic nursing and the critical emergency nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of parental satisfaction such as ward environment, health education, service attitude, nursing technology and responsibility in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse nursing events in the observation group was 7.32%(3/41),which was lower than the control group of 26.83%(11/41),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The hierarchical responsibility system management on the basis of the routine nursing can improve the nursing quality scores and the parental satisfaction of the children with bronchopneumonia, and reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events. Moreover,it is superior to simple routine nursing.
