Influencing factors of pregnancy perceived stress in patients with early-onset preeclampsia
Objective:To analyze influencing factors of pregnancy perceived stress in patients with early-onset preeclampsia. Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted on 80 patients with early-onset preeclampsia admitted to this hospital from 2021 to 2023.The clinical data of these patients were collected. The Chinese version of perceived stress scale(CPSS)was used to assess the patients'perceived stress during pregnancy.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of pregnancy perceived stress in the patients with early-onset preeclampsia. Results:The average CPSS score of the 80 patients with early-onset preeclampsia was(32.78±6.95).There were no significant differences in the CPSS score among the patients with different ages, gestational weeks, parity, educational background,on-the-job status, medical payment methods, and family environment(P>0.05).The CPSS scores of the patients with adverse pregnancy history, unplanned pregnancy, family average monthly income<3000 yuan, embryo transfer, social support rating scale score≤22 points,Chinese version of patient health questionnaire depression scale-2(PHQ-2)score≥3 points were higher than those of other types of patients, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The multiple linear regression analysis showed that adverse pregnancy history, unplanned pregnancy, family average monthly income<3000 yuan, embryo transfer, and PHQ-2 score≥3 were risk factors for pregnancy perceived stress in the patients with early-onset preeclampsia(P<0.05).Conclusions:Adverse pregnancy history, unplanned pregnancy, family average monthly income<3000 yuan, embryo transfer,PHQ-2 score≥3 points are the risk factors for pregnancy perceived stress in the patients with early-onset preeclampsia.
