Influencing factors of portal vein thrombosis in patients with liver cirrhosis
Objective:To analyze influencing factors of portal vein thrombosis in patients with cirrhosis. Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted on 116 patients with liver cirrhosis who were admitted to Nanchang Ninth Hospital from November 2018 to November 2023.According to the results of imaging examination, they were divided into thrombus group and non-thrombus group. The clinical data of the two groups were collected. The influencing factors of portal vein thrombosis in these patients with cirrhosis were analyzed. Results:Among the 116 patients with cirrhosis,40 cases suffered from portal vein thrombosis, and the incidence rate was 34.48%(40/116).There were no significant differences in gender, age, etiology of cirrhosis, smoking history, combined hypertension, body mass index and Child-Pugh classification between the two groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences in combined diabetes mellitus,D-dimer(D-D)level,C-reactive protein to albumin ratio(CAR),systemic immune inflammatory response index(SII)and portal vein width between the two groups(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that combined diabetes mellitus,D-D≥2.5 mg/L,SII≥500×109/L and portal vein width≥15 mm were risk factors for portal vein thrombosis in the patients with cirrhosis(P<0.05).Conclusions:Combined diabetes mellitus,D-D≥2.5 mg/L,SII≥500×109/L,and portal vein width≥15 mm are the risk factors for portal vein thrombosis in the patients with cirrhosis.
