Effects of Labetalol combined with Nifedipine in treatment of patients with gestational hypertension
Objective:To observe effects of Labetalol combined with Nifedipine in treatment of patients with gestational hypertension. Methods:The clinical data of 94 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to this hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group(n=47)and observation group(n=47).The control group was treated with Nifedipine tablets, while the observation group was treated with Labetalol hydrochloride tablets on the basis of that of the control group. The total effective rate of treatment, the blood pressure[diastolic blood pressure(DBP),mean arterial pressure(MAP),systolic blood pressure(SBP)],the thrombelastogram(TEG)index[maximum tangential angle(α angle),coagulation factor activation time(R),maximal amplitude(MA),blood clot formation rate(K)]levels, and the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.49%,which was significantly higher than 74.47%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment, the levels of DBP,MAP and SBP in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment, those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment, the levels of R and K in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the levels of α angle and MA in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group was 10.65%,which was lower than 27.66%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Labetalol combined with Nifedipine in the treatment of the patients with gestational hypertension can improve the total effective rate of treatment, improve the levels of TEG indexes, and reduce the levels of DBP,MAP and SBP and the incidence of adverse maternal and infant.T Moreover,it is superior to simple Nifedipine treatment.
