Effects of hospital-community-family integrated nursing on patients with essential hypertension
Objective:To observe effects of hospital-community-family integrated nursing on patients with essential hypertension. Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 102 patients with essential hypertension admitted to this hospital from July 2021 to November 2022.According to the random number table method, they were divided into study group and control group,51 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given the hospital-community-family integrated nursing on the basis of that of the control group. The levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure, the adult health self-management skill for reliability scale(AHSMSRS)score, the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score, the general self-efficacy scale(GSES)score, the symptom checklist-90(SCL-90)score,and the medication compliance rate were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing. Results:After the nursing, the scores of AHSMSRS and GSES in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group;the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure and the scores of PSQI and SCL-90 of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing, and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the medication compliance rate of the study group was 86.27%,which was significantly higher than 62.75%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing, the hospital-community-family integrated nursing can improve the AHSMSRS scores, the GSES scores and the medication compliance rate of the patients with essential hypertension, and reduce the systolic blood pressure, the diastolic blood pressure, the PSQI scores and the SCL-90 scores. Moreover,it is superior to simple routine nursing.
